You need more information or a specific question if you really want someone to help you. If you do need a contract of some sort, I would look for a "transactional" business lawyer t help you and not use a form from Staples or Office Depot or an online website. The money you save will often cost you dearly when you need it most, if you have to enforce the agreement.
