More details to this question:
a travel contract was signed by traveler on a international trip which traveler was given itinerary numbers and info on hotel flights and transfers. a week prior to trip asked traveler if he had ANY additional questions or if he and spouse needed my help any further was told No! And that they have traveled before and knew how travel worked. a year or so later was served to appear in small claims court and that I was being sued for $2500.00. Traveler did NOT go on trip and that he wanted a 100% refund. previously explained to traveler in 2015 that by signing the contract that he agreed to the terms of the trip and that cancelling/ or not going on the trip the resort will fine them one night stay. traveler was refunded all monies EXCEPT deposit and first night stay! Judge ruled in the favor of the plantiff. i would like to know WHAT ARE MY OPTIONS since traveler signed and agreed to the travel contract

Whether right or wrong, the Judge ruled in favor of the traveler. Other than paying the judgment, Your only option is to appeal the decision (assuming that htere is a right of appeal from a small claims court decision in Indiana).
