If the signature date is wrong on an enlistment contract Could that void the contract? (My enlistment contract in the National guard has signing date a sunday when it was actually signed on a Monday) recruiter was not straight with me on terms of the contract. Im looking to have the contract cancelled)

If your recruiter lied to you to induce you to enter the contract, you may be able to void the contract on the basis of fraud (although if you would have discovered the lies by reading the contract you have little chance of winning), but just the fact that the date is one day off is not sufficient.
