I contracted a wedding decor company back in July to decorate our wedding. Deposited $475 dollars upfront for our big day. We did get an invoice from the company with the amount deposited. In October, the month of our wedding we did not have any contact from her as we tried several times. Few days before the wedding we were still not able to make contact. My wife now, was so stressed that she almost called off the wedding causing us a lot of problems. We had to get last minute companies and pay extra to have the service our wedding. I made contact with the company that was suppose to decorate our wedding after the fact and let her know we needed a refund. She agreed and said she would get it to us. Now we are unable to make contact with her once again. I really do not know what to do.

It sounds like you have a very good case. The problem is that it also sounds like the decor company may not have any money with which to pay you, even after you sue it and obtain a judgment.
