Do I have a case?

More details to this question:
I received a home warranty with my home purchase. So far I have had two calls for service. The first was declined, the second was only done after a 75.00 service call fee. This was for a plumbing problem. The assigned plumbers fixed the bathtub, but said the contract company would not fix the sink because they had to go on the roof and that was not covered, because if was on the outside of the house. Is there a recourse?
