Do i have a civil case with moving company?

More details to this question:
Moved from MA to FL and movers took my household goods on June 13 and put in free 30 day storage. I have been trying to get my goods out before the storage ends for about 3 weeks to no avail. I called the company to inquire when will delivery will be, I was told to call back after 2 pm. When I call am told no one from dispatch is there or when I try to talk to manager she is not available or on other line. Never gets a call back and when I try to leave message I can not.

This is a CARMACK case. You will ned to find a lawyer that handles such cases but be prepared to pay legal fees up front.
