I bought a 2012 ford fusion on feb 27 2017 dealer sold us the car with a recall on it that was posted since 2015 power steering lock up and they fix it but now due to the locking up it created another problem. i feel like i was sold a really bad car n feel like the dealer committed fraud by sealing this car knowing of the problems it had. i'm stuck on making payments on a car that does not work please help

Possibly, but it would an expemsive and high risk lawsuit given its a used car.
