QUESTION

Do I have any course of action?

More details to this question:
Sold a lemon fridge the continually defrosts and freezes my meat...and company won't make good. I called 2 times within 30 days to replace the unit. Both times the reps refused saying I had to try this or that first..and that if an issue was found they would honor that I brought this to them week 2. The moment they pushed me past 30 days they got nasty and said they couldn't help me. They sent a tech here that said 15 deg is fine for a freezer. Putting my life and family life at risk...just to avoid admitting an issue. I have transcripts and recording of these conversation..to prove the lies. With one rep on record claiming that if I made the initial complaint in 30 days..she could help me..but magically couldn't find my documentation... which I have another rep on recored saying she did. I also did get a tech In here 2.5 months later admitting the freezer is broke. And that an issue like this exists in units older then 1.5 years old. Do I have any course of action?
