during 72 hour court proceedings

More details to this question:
If the judge is attempting to establish jurisdiction over me, a sentient sovereign man and i do not give consent to the processing, has jurisdiction been established for the court to adjudicate me or must the court dismiss based on insufficiently obtained jurisdiction?

Without more facts, I can't tell if jurisdiction has been established, but certainly jurisdiction does not require consent; if it did, there would be no judicial system.
