Elance isn't making money earned by labor available

More details to this question:
After working for elance a few months I am finding that Elance payment service isn't sending me the money I earned as a freelance contractor. What can I do to get my salary?

Since your not an employee, likely you will have to hire a lawyer and file suit if they wont pay voluntarily.
