Asked on Apr 22nd, 2014 on Breach of Contract - Florida
More details to this question:
We bought used equipment from a company. We have 90 days parts and labor warranty. The main equipment was missing parts and never ever functioned. We gave them 35 days to rectify the situation. It was never resolved. The company refuses to take the equipment back and refund our money. We have incurred significant costs to purchase alternative equipment and change electrical connections. Also significant transportation costs, labor, lost rent, lost profits. Looking for legal options.
