my wife friend and i live on the top floor the people below us smoke pot to the point that it makes us sick that we have to call off work for 2 days every time they smoke the landlord refuses to evict them because he gets his money he has it in his lease "no illegal drugs aloud" no one else complains because they smoke to but not that bad and im on probation it could get me into trouble what can i do to get him to do the right thing?
