okay so i had a guy that i was kinda talking to through an app called radiate its for festivals and he sent me a ticket without me paying him i told him id pay him back later on and i ended up not having it we never had a contract or anything and now hes trying to call the cops on me ... can i get in trouble for that?

He sent you a ticket and you promised to pay him - that’s a contract, which you have breached. I doubt the police will get involved in this civil matter, but you can be sued for breach of contract.
