I WON MY FIRST FORECLOSURE HERE IN CHARLOTTE COUNTY BASED ON STANDING ISSUES. i AM NOW IN A 2ND LAWSUIT AND HAVE BREECH OF CONTRACT , APPRAISAL FRAUD WITH AN EXPERT WITNESS WHO WILL TESTIFY MY HOME WAS OVER APPRAISED BY 140K COERCING ME INTO THE MORTGAGE, TILA VIOLATIONS, ACTION TO QUIET TITLE, FORCED PLACED INSURANCE FRAUD, CONSUMER COLLECTIONS ACTS VIOLATIONS. I AM SEEKING COUNSEL TO LITIGATE THESE ISSUES OR REACH SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT. I HAVE EXHIBITS AND FACTS. I HAD MY MORTGAGE TRANSACTION COMPLETELY ANALYZED AND HAVE A PROFESSOR OF LAW TO ASSIST WITH MY CASE.

Not sure what your question is. If its whether lawyers are interested, no coherent lawyer would take such a case on a contingent fee for a variety of reasons. You will likely need to consider whether its worth hiring a lawyer to push the issues further. If you are not inclined ot invest your money on such issues in legal fees, you need to brace yourself for lots of rejection.
