Hi

Gave a large deposit on a used vehicle borrowed from a credit company,paid balance on car thereafter.....seller,did not provide a bill of sale and promised as soon as all payments made....after which,refused to stand behind his promises of any warranty and offered as is only. I refused ,never signed anything ,to date he forwarded title (unsigned by me) to credit co and insists take the car or else he will put it in the street.
