how can I make a Company fixed their defectives work performed in my house?

Lowes company installed marbles flooring at my house,within few months some of those tiles start to show some serious defects ,I contacted them reported them to the BBB and they started to bulge ,now they don;t even answer or taking my calls.

You may need to spend the money to hire a lawyer to intervene and "get their attention" or even possibly file a lawsuit with that intent.
