QUESTION

How can I sue AT&T for fraud

Asked on Jul 22nd, 2018 on Breach of Contract - Colorado
More details to this question:
I bought a new phone from AT&T store at Aurora Colorado. After some months my phone was locked and I went to the store to find out the problem only to be told that there was a report that the phone was a stolen one. I showed the store receipt to the store manager and after some hours, the phone was unlocked. Three days ago. I had the same issue and went back to the store and again the phone was unlocked and the store manager promised me that it won't happen again because they cleared everything from the system. The following day which was Saturday 07/21/18 the phone was locked again and I haven't been able to make any calls meanwhile I have paid for the phone.

You can sue ATT the same way you would sue anybody else (unless there is an arbitration or forum selection clause in your contract) but I don't see a claim for fraud.  Your claim would be breach of contract.
