How can I sue someone for breach of contract?

More details to this question:
Had my Daycare business for 14 years with a partner. Sold my shares to my partner's husband. According to the contract , he has to pay 1000.00 a month . He has been doing so for 2 years as of November 2016 he has stopped paying. The daycare is still up and running . I have talked to him , texted him and told him you are in breach of contract even told him I would motify the contract to help him. He says we will meet, nothing happens.

Sounds like a basis for breach of contract lawsuit as described. You need to retain a lawyer to pursue this as you have waited too long.
