QUESTION

How do I break a binding contract?

Asked on Jul 17th, 2017 on Breach of Contract - Pennsylvania
More details to this question:
I signed a contract to purchase home improvements but was not given the opportunity to consult an attorney to look it over. They proposed an offer only good for that day. Going forward I noticed a few red flags brought to my attention after the 3 day cancellation period. I made my best effort to cancel contract without success and am given till July 21st by them to decide if I want to sue. Is it worth my time to sue?

I think this is a question that cannot adequately be answered in this forum.  You really should consult with an attorney who can review the agreement, get some facts and discuss your options with you.
