how do i get my money from moms husband???

My mom passed away 2 months ago.my sisters and my moms husband had a verbal agreement that we would split the balance. My sisters and i paid our share and he didn't pay me i have called numerous times and no call back.

I am unsure what you are referring to when you refer to the balance. If you are referring to the money your mother left over at her death, usually a will decides what happens to the money.
