how do i get prove money is hiding

Loaned some money..he signed agreement would pay it back 6 months..iys been a yr no calls...he has a hoise said he would sell house and pay me,,he sold house 3 weeks ago...he doesnt know i know yet,..i know he put the money in his fiancee s name...been together for awhile. Yesterday dau he all of a sudden out of blue emails amd says. Starting april i will send u $300.00 a month...sorry nooo...i havent responded to him. I have the loan agreement and copies of everything

If there is a signed agreement for the loan I recommend that you bring a lawsuit to get a judgment. Once you obtain a judgment you can levy bank accounts, garnish wages, and record the judgment against any real property he owns.
