QUESTION

How do we collect money from roofing company if we win the judgment?

Asked on Aug 12th, 2014 on Breach of Contract - Florida
More details to this question:
Gilileo Roofing failed to complete the work as stated in their contract. They did not replace four skylights in our lanai roof. We paid the entire amount because they assured us that when the skylights came in they would install them. That was in April 2014. We would like to sue them for the $600 itemized for the skylights plus court fees and labor charges.

You can sue them for whatever the law allows, the problem is not only collecting, but collecting in a financially feasible way.If the issue is a $2400.00, and you intend to use the courts to  resolve the issue you wil have to take the risk of just getting apiece of paprer saying that they owe youmoney. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact our office at 813-877-6442 for a FREE consultation.
