Just purchased a car from dealer, signed contract. Reviewing contract found charge not agreed to but in rush signed specific document were we agreed to charge. Can we return to dealer dispute.

Not likely.....signed typically equals "done". You can discuss it with dealer but be careful that you dont create an expensive legal issue that you have to fight.
