How long do you have to file a small claim, when is it to late?

More details to this question:
I bought a used car. I know I've been wronged, but I don't know if I can do anything legally. I am disabled for mental health reasons. Can I get any legal assistance?

Hello, In NH, you typically have three years from the date of the wrong (the incident that occurred where you sustained damages) to file a claim for relief. For example, if you bought your car July 15, 2012, you will have until July 15, 2015 to file a claim against the used car dealership.
