In Florida a judgment may be enforceable for up to twenty years as long as it is re-recorded within ten years from the date it was originally recorded.  If this is the case for you, your judgment may still be enforceable.  You should contact a collections attorney in your area to run an asset search on the judgment debtor and provide you with specific advice on your case.
