More details to this question:
How can I invalidate a contract? I signed with HEB to promote my business with their coupons. They promised me a lot of new clients. They even said I'd have enough clients to pay them and earn something on the side. To break even with HEB, I need 17 new clients. I've had two each month. Clearly not enough for me to pay them. Now ive found out that they haven't been printing their coupons this month, which is clearly a violation of the contract. This also explains why I haven't had any new HEB customers. Is there anyone that can help me invalidate this contract that's causing me to lose a lot of money.

What you are alleging is breach of contract. In order for a lawyer to help you determine if your contract has been breached (broken), he or she would have to review the agreement you signed and identify if HEB was required to print coupons featuring your business every month or promote your business elsewhere in lieu of the coupons. The terms of your agreement dictate whether or not you can get out of the agreement.
