Hi, I am currently leasing my vehicle and I wanted to purchase it. I am over on my miles and I wanted to know if I purchase the vehicle what is the law regarding the dealership having me pay for my miles over my lease agreement?

What does your contract say? I doubt that it provides that the dealership will forgive the overage if you buy the car, but you should check to make sure. However, even if the agreement does not so provide, you may be able to negotiate such an agreement. Offer to buy the car, but only if they forgive the overage.
