I have a hippa violation. A rehabilitation staff member where my father resides told his ex wife who use to work there where he was

A nursing staff told my father ex wife who use to work there where he was. A staff member also gave out my phone number to his son who is now visiting him. This occurred at A rehabilitation center where my father resides. We do not contact his ex wife or his children with her. I have a phone recording and text message of him telling me his mother told him the information and how he obtained my number thru a staff member. This is a breach of privacy and now has affected our lively hood. I also have recording of my relaying tje information of to the director of the nursing and a director of the building.
