QUESTION

I need a lawyer to handle a Directv lawsuit involving billing

Asked on Mar 21st, 2018 on Breach of Contract - Florida
More details to this question:
In December of 2017 I moved to a new location and requested Directv service. I requested HDMI ready receivers. I changed the programing in Jan to an upgraded package. At the time of the request, I ask the rep if I would still recv the promotional price. The rep stated I would. However, when I got my statement for the next billing period I was charged full price for the package. i called several times to resolve this issue, to no avail. I got 3 months free for movie channels. I called on March 15th to cancel the free movies, and Directv took off the premium channels from my current package. Also they are charging me double for Regional Sports Network.

The issue here will be paying for the legal services at issue. Breach of contract cases are usually hourly rate/retainer cases with reimbursement of legal fees to the winning party from the loser.
