QUESTION

I need help on collecting over $5,000.00 personal loan.

More details to this question:
I have notified the individuals many times regarding the paying of the loan I made them in 2007. I have quite a few emails promising that I will be paid, and even paying $100.00 a month. I have all of the checks written to me totaling $1,700.00, they owe $5,600,00 still. They live in Louisianna, but we all lived in Florida when the loan was 'created'. I also have an email advising me that whom I retain as an Attorney can contact them direct, and they will work with the Attorneys. I also told him that since all of this has happened, I want them also to pay my court and attorney fees. Can you assist? Could this be considered a BREACH OF CONTRACT?

This most likely uncollectable and time barred. You should have filed suit to collect this long ago. This is water under the bridge. If you have further questions, feel free to call out offices at 1-800-922-6442 for a FREE consultation.
