I think I'm being scammed with my mobile home

More details to this question:
I have 3k to a lady from a mobile home park. She said she would but the mobile home for me and give me the title. It's been 3 years I'm living here in the park but she said she doesn't have the title and wants me to give her 1k to get the title for me.

Possibly so, though its a difficult issue to address 3 years after the fact. You will need to retain a lawyer to address this though it will likely cost you more than 3k in legal fees to do so.
