QUESTION

I wanted to return my car.

Asked on Jul 14th, 2014 on Contracts - Florida
More details to this question:
I recently bought a car from hondaland and when I drive off the lot, they told me I was approved. Weeks passed and now they say there is an issue with the loan. I decided that I did not want to continue business with them  any longer. I decided I would just take back the car since there is no loan and lose whatever money I paid for the down payment. They flipped it and said I can't bring back the car. I read the contract an it states they can but it's there decision to.
