I was sold a car by a guy with the title and everything, ive been driving this car for two weeks now and the title is now in my name but apparently the car was stolen and the signature was forged can i get in trouble for this.

Yes. You will need to hire a lawyer and report the car as stolen yourself. Unfortunately you will have to give it back or risk jail for buying and possessing stolen property.
