I would like to terminate my partnership contract due to multiple reasons

More details to this question:
I am 60% owner and my partner is 40% owner but I would like to end the agreement as she has not meet her obligations as 40% owner nor do I feel we’re a good team.

If she will not agree to terminate, then you can file a lawsuit to force the termination of the partnership. You might want to read the Revised Uniform Partneship Act for Tennessee.
