I have a signed Car Payment Agreement Contract signed by Johnson and myself . She has fail to make the payments since 6/10/17 and refuse to give me my car back. I am paying a note on a vehicle myself that I don't have. I have since moved to Dallas, TX from Memphis Tn. I can't travel to keep coming back and forward to court . I need some help. Do I have a case ? The car is still in my name

If the car is still in your name and you have a set of keys, just come to Memphis and take the car back. Be sure that you tell the Memphis police what you are doing so she can't report it as stolen and have you arrested.
