More details to this question:
The short version is a title loan company I have current loan with illegally reposessed my truck middle of night and after 16 hrs of runaround they admitted was accidental and finally brought my vehicle home. I lost wages that were significant enough that affects my home greatly, damage done to track, and then made an agreement with their corporate office to compensate me for the situation then when I went in to sign on said new agreement they proceed tell me I have pay huge late fees and am up for reposession due to non-payment on a payment they are supposed to have waived. Then was told they were calling police on me when I left because apparently I'm not supposed be upset that they kept screwing me around and then can't sleep because thinking how get my home taken care of and my vehicle. But I cannot believe there is no consequences for this company

Civil cases and criminal charges are not mutually exclusive.  If, for example, someone beats you up, you would sue that person for battery, seeking money from them, while the government would charge that person with a assault and battery and seek to put them in jail.  That being said, I see no crime here, only a civil case.
