QUESTION

If my employer never signed my non compete contract is it valid?

More details to this question:
The name of the employer is on the top, but only the signature of the employee and a witness is on bottom. There was a space for the "Company" signature but no one ever signed it.

It could still be valid because you signed it and they will argue that they relied on that. The real issue on enforceability is not their signature but how broad and reasonable the restrictions are. If the non-compete is overbroad, it will not be enforced.  An attorney can help you review the terms to see where you stand. Hope this helps.
