QUESTION

If the date is wrong on a contract is it still enforcable?

Asked on Sep 08th, 2015 on Contracts - Utah
More details to this question:
I signed a contract in 2013. The notice of cancellation on the contract said I could cancel the contract within 3 business days of the date above. The salesman wrote down 12-20-2006 instead of 12-20-2013. Is this still enforceable?

Unless Utah law, with which I am not familiar, is very different than the law of the jurisdictions in which I practice, an obvious mistake like that, which has no effect on the substantive terms of the contract, would not make it unenforceable.
