In Arkansas can you lease a car when you’re 16?

I don't know specifically about Arkansas, but in most states a minor can back out of any contract he enters.  I doubt the dealership would be willing to take the chance.  Of course, if you bought the car, you could sell it to your son, as long as you realize that you will still be on the hook for payment.
