is a class action against dish network viable?

Dish customers pay one month in advance for their service.Dish has pulled fox news from their lineup as of Dec.20. I believe that is breach of contract and they owe us a refund.With 14 million customers that amounts to a lot of money.I would be interested in your thoughts on this. I would be shocked if Dish's contracts with its customers did not afford it the right to change content at its sole discretion.
