QUESTION

Is a contract signed under former director 7 years ago still enforcable?

Asked on Oct 29th, 2013 on Contracts - Minnesota
More details to this question:
My former director at a small christian preschool signed a contract with a temp agency that any temp employee they place, if hired full time, a $3500 fee would be paid to them. I was unaware of a contract when I used the service as I am the new director. Is the contract still valid?

Assuming that the contract was with the school, not the prior director personally, and assuming that there were no problems with the contract originally, that it had no term limitation (i.e. was supposed to last for five years) and that it hasn't been superceded or modified by a later agreement, yes.
