QUESTION

Is a signed automobile lease agreement a binding contract in Florida?

More details to this question:
I have an 828 credit score and signed a lease agreement & title with a Honda dealership on 4-14-2014. I received copies of all the paperwork along with the registration card. I've had the actual vehicle for 2 wks now, however, the financial manager has stated to me that he forgot to add in some fees and is refusing to send off my agreement to Honda Financial. He's asking that I either bring in money to cover his error, allow him to increase my payment to cover his error or return the car. He never stated any legally terms regarding repossessing the car. He also stated that what I signed is not a contract because he can destroy the company's copy which he still has on his desk. I spoke with Honda Financial and since he did not send them my info, they can not view it in their system and has referred me back to the dealership to deal with the General Manager. I have not spoken with the GM yet. I would like to know if this type of business practice is legal. Thank you, Sylvia
