bought 3 Solar panels in Apr "11it has not saved us any money.In fact our elct bill hot water takes half the cost of the bill. we were promised several things by the sales man verbally.that is why we bought themI wish they could come and take them,I went thru our sales pack today none of the agreement was ever signed???

You own the solar panels. In the absence of a signed agreement, generally principles applicable to sales apply. You have no right to return goods you have purchased and paid for in the absence of an agreement to the contrary.
