Is it easy to add beneficiaries to my will?

More details to this question:
I frequently travel with my children, who are my beneficiaries. By chance we should all perish, I would like to add an addendum to my will for additional beneficiaries.

It is easy to add a codicil to your will. In fact, in these days of word processing, you might as well just do a new will.
