Is it legal for them to make me bring the car back?

More details to this question:
I purchased a car from radley Acura dealership in VA I signed all of the appropriate documents and we settled on a monthly price. Now they are saying my paystub documents does not qualify me for the car without a co-signer. So they suggested either I get a co-signer or bring the car back to the dealership. I purchased the car May 7th 2020 and I already started making insurance payments

assuming that you already entered into a valid contract, the dealership cannot compel you to bring the car back.
