Is it Legal to... EULA Agreements....

More details to this question:
I am hosting a server on a game called Minecraft made by Mojang. There are agreements called the EULA regarding ingame Donations and in game purchases. I was wondering if I could add in in game commands for [Donators] . Is it legal? Please help. Link to EULA: https://account.mojang.com/documents/minecraft_eula

There is no way to answer this in an online inquiry.
