Is my rental management overcharging me?

More details to this question:
Unusual terms in the lease left me paying for a home i do not live in. I was required to pay until the property was rerented apparently. My rental management company changed midway through this process. They then returned my deposit and claimed i was in the clear. But then requested i make one more payment by mail only.
