QUESTION

Is non-solicitation clause applicable for different project and location?

Asked on Apr 11th, 2019 on Contracts - Minnesota
More details to this question:
If I signed on a 1-year non-solicitation clause for a company to work for their client A's client/project B, can I work directly for client A for client A's different project/client C? Both the clients B and C are different and their geographic locations are also different.

There is no way to answer that question without knowing what the contract provides.  What does the contract say?  If the contract prohibits your situation than it may still be unenforceable, because such provisions are not always favored by the Courts, but you probably could not know for sure if it would be enforced until you took the job and got sued.
