Is there a Sloane Law Firm, on Lousiana Street, in Houston?

Have been dealing with Sloane law Firm, 801 Lousiana Street, suite 704, 713-357-6135, as the go between legal source (drew up contract) of a Cabo San Lucas time share sale . Have spoken to the Texas Bar and they have good rating for them, but concerned about the way things are going; some timed information isn't being passed on to us that I think they should have told us about. Cannot find Sloane listed anywhere so far. They are only party in this that hasn't asked for money. Our frustration and level of concern for validity of this affair is growing daily. Any information would be helpful. Thank you.
