is this breach of contract?

More details to this question:
I recently got several items from a rental company and the day after they brought my things I called because the door to the dryer won't stay closed...they said they would be out the next day with another one. I wasn't going to b available so I scheduled another day...no call no show...so I called again and scheduled another day...called the morning they were supposed to be at my home to confirm the time...all was good...still no call no show!!! What r my rights since I am paying for the merchandise and insurance, warranty etc...

You don't have to pay for defective items. Call the lessor and get a credit on your bill for the days that the items were unusable.
